The light scattering particle sensor "9000 Series" measures from 0.3μm (or 0.5μm) and provides information on aerosol number concentration, particle size distribution, and short-term fluctuations and changes. Utilizing the advantages of in-situ, real-time light scattering methods, it demonstrates its power in clean rooms, atmospheric environments, indoor environments, and exposure experiments. The particle size range can be set to any particle size classification (up to 30) between, for example, 0.3μm and 2.5μm, allowing for more detailed tracking of particle size distribution. Additionally, the large particle type can accommodate particles up to 30μm.
It enables rapid understanding of particle behavior and identification of sources, facilitating the subdivision of particle size ranges and making mass conversion easier.
